Boys Will Be Boys!

Today while at the park, Christian pulled his pants down in the middle of the playground and peed on the sawdust right in front of the stairs to the slide! Guess when you gotta go...you gotta go! Boys will be boys!

Baby Daniels Ultrasound!

I had my second ultrasound yesterday and it was so exciting! Baby Daniels actually looks like a baby now (instead of a blob like last time). :) Our due date is officially November 18th, which makes me 13 weeks today. Hallelujah for the end of the first trimester! The baby looks great and very healthy and does not appear to have any "defects". We are so excited and I wanted to share a few of the pictures we got!

They are going to be monitoring the baby's size very carefully, so we will go in for monthly ultrasounds so the next one is June 10th!

We're Pregnant!

We are happy to announce that we are finally pregnant with our second! He/she is due November 14th but will most likely come in late October as I will be induced! We are super excited and can't wait to meet our new bundle of joy! Christian is so excited he's going to be a big brother and says he wants to have a little brother. He also talks about how he has a baby in his belly and pretends to have morning sickness as well...it's very cute and he has been extremely sweet during this whole process! Look for more to come! :)

Funny Things Kids Say Continued...

The other day I wasn't feeling well and Christian came and sat next to me on the couch and said "mom, I'm sorry you don't feel good. But it's ok because I will take you to the Dr and she will make you all better".

Christian is such a sweet and loving child! He's the best!

Adventures with Sidewalk Chalk!

We had our very first sidewalk chalk adventure yesterday! Our driveway and sidewalk are now full of colorful drawings of Elmo, outline tracings of Christian, a sun, starts, and clouds! Christian loved the sidewalk chalk and I'm very impressed with his skills! He's always loved arts and crafts so it's no surprise that this is a huge hit! After nap today (laughing a little at myself for thinking that nap might actually happen) we will be hitting the great outdoors of our cul de sac for Sidewalk Chalk Adventures Part 2! Check later for pictures (I still have to find my charger!).

No Crying for My Preschooler!

Christian no longer cries when I drop him off at preschool! Tuesday and today have been a tear free day! He just says "bye mom, love you, see you later!" and runs off to play with his new friends! My little man is growing up!! I'm so proud of how well he is doing in school and nice he is to the other kids (I have to admit that I was worried about that!).
